changewow does not actually move addons #1

Instead of actually moving the addons, changewow will change where folders says the addons are, and changes where addons will be installed.

For example, I mistakenly installed addons to the wrong directory, used changewow, and thought my addons had moved. Upon further investigation it turns out I have to install them all again to get them in the new target directory.
