Compact mode hides sidebar on all windows instead of just the current one

What happened?

I'm not sure if that's a bug or that's a feature intended, if it is a feature it isn't very intuitive to enter compact mode on window A and then window B also hides their sidebar (or address bar, depends on config)

Reproducible?

• I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
