Creating API Doesn't Fetch the New List of APIs

When creating an API, the API gets created and then loaded appropriately, however if one goes back to the APIs list the newly created API is not there.

This is related to #222, and I'm going to mark it as a duplicate, as it's almost certaintly the same issue.
