服务端调用了close方法，TCP连接没有断开。。 #2

客户端和服务端通过websocket连接，某种情况下（网络异常），服务端调用websocket的close方法，关闭websocket连接。但是底层TCP连接还在，导致客户端认为连接还在，不会发起重连，进入僵局。。这种情况是什么原因呢？有什么解决方法吗？
