How can I add Latex to my posts using the cleanwhite theme?

I have to say your theme is really good, but I meet a problem about math Latex adding to the post. I followed the Hugo document to try to add Latex【https://gohugo.io/content-management/mathematics/】,but it didn't work. I am not sure weather I should create a new html file in the layouts/partials or add the scripts in your existed html file.
