设置seektime后，会出现音视频停止播放的情况。不知道什么原因导致的，麻烦作者看一下。
1、我先是调用了resetWMPlayer方法重置播放器
2、然后通过后台返回的数据来播放指定时间
但是发现会出现有时候seektime没设置成功，还是从0开始播放，而且还会出现播放到了指定时间但是播放马上停止的情况
