HDMI output stops when recording.

When using the Record activity to record from HDMI in and choosing Start Record the "normal" audio/video output that should be delivered out the HDMI out freezes. Stopping the recording does not correctly restore HDMI out either.

In this log file I have already started the ZDS app. The content sourced into the HDMI Input is protected/encrypted.

1. I use the remote to select the Record activity
   HDMI Output (A+V) works normal

2. Select Start Record.
   The surfaceview freezes and the HDMI Output audio also stops.

3. Wait a few seconds and press Stop Record
   HDMI Output (A+V) works normal
   The resulting output file file is 0 bytes.

4. Wait a few seconds and press return to exit the Record activity.

If I then start the process over from Step 1, the surfaceview sometimes is frozen or there is no audio out or both. Once the surface gets frozen or the audio stops working the only way to ever recover is by rebooting the box.
