Hi,
I am using a previous version of Dizkus and this bug is not corrected.
I don't know with this version, but I would have add something like :
"|| UserUtil::getVar('activated', $subscriber['uid']) = '0'" in line 68 of "NotifyApi.php" and probably also a check in the notify_moderator function.
Looking forward to test the test and use the new version. Thank you.
