After #438 is merged I would like to attempt to build in support for sbt-projectmatrix and adjust the generated workflows based on what type of crossbuilding setup the project is using.

I created a PR on my #438 branch in my fork: ThijsBroersen#1
It has quite some changes to detect and adjust for all types of crossbuilding. I will add descriptions and documentation later this week.
