[description is still in the process of updating]

user -> rollup (push setup and deposit some eths or tokens)
owner -> owner (transfer tokens, change state(input))
owner -> address (withdraw with verify and correct address to setup(input))

setup: control some params like L1 address
input: state_rollup in some moment i
proof: need to withdraw some assets to L1

owner: a user who controls some assets in state contract
assets: eths or tokens control by setup
tokens: other ERC20 tokens
