为AWTK的更好发展、方便使用和快速普及，建议提供一系列单片机上带FreeRTOS等OS的demo，特别是具有实际使用意义的F429和F767，望采纳。

其它RTOS我不太熟悉，也没有精力，您可以参考Aworks移植：https://github.com/zlgopen/awtk-aworks-rt1052/tree/master/awtk-port
