Encryption wording in group info view

@tiffrobo @cstiens Not sure which string to change here, in settings. On iOS we just changed the "master OMEMO group switch" to "Encrypt group chat" and "Encryption must also be manually enabled for each group.". Should we do that here on Android as well? I guess. But on Android we have another setting, for automatically starting encryption in groups. Currently "Chat Encryption" and "how encrypted chats are started". Should we keep those for now?
