Allow for adjustment of unit vs SC #176

Right now, I'm adjusting the fleet and unit sizes by changing the location of the visual of the unit vs the actual box.

This works, but is a workaround. The unit order (triangle etc) will be drawn vs the SC, not the unit, this it will look out of sync.

Need to fix this when making the WhiteSC layers, then I can resize and place the supply-centers in the correct location, allowing for the WhiteSC to be where it's needed.
