Inconsistent Usage of "Zowe" Throughout Zowe Space

Throughout Zowe documentation, zowe.org website, and through installation "Zowe" appears as lower case, mixed case, and in all caps. In this example from the PSWI install note:

• zowe
• ZOWE
• Zowe

Conformance criteria badges also use Zowe and ZOWE:

The topic was discussed on the TSC call on December 5th.

There are technical reasons for some of the differences. E.g. ZOWE as HLQ for z/OS datasets

For the areas where there is not the technical reason we should be using Zowe.
We will be more thorough in validating this in the medium.com/zowe articles as there is limited amount of manual work.

We will also explore the opportunity for automation of this check within the Zowe Docs as possibly a summer mentorship.
