Install wizard post-installation configuration support

if you used zen to install, you're probably going to want to use zen to make configuration changes.

This could be during support: support asks you to enable tracing, or add a new property.
The install wizard should at least have a page for editing your zowe yamls.

The install wizard could even have a page for recognizing that zowe needs to be restarted during that process, and assisting with it.
