Review and collect info on how many of these items https://bestpractices.coreinfrastructure.org/en/criteria we do and don't do within the webui squad when applicable, or within the entirety of zowe when applicable.

We will then take a look at estimates for how long it would take to do the work to say we do each item.
We can take individual research tasks on items we're unsure about.
