This has to be one of the most requested things, yet you guys still don't want to add support for it.
NGINX. We need it!
A few things in your Apache setup are deprecated, why not give us a whole new, and better experience?

Please guys, listen to your users. We want and need NGINX. Apache uses too many resources.

It would be possible for anyone in the community to make an nginx plugin to replace the apache_admin plugin. This has the cron hook for generating the virtual hosts along with actions which would change virtual host values.

We can't support several providers with our current team size and need community members to step up and start helping.

If one of us finds time we may add nginx support however it would still be a 3rd party plugin.

Kevin's response echo's what I've mentioned several times on the the
forums, we simply just don't have the time at present to support a second
webserver, it could be implemented as a 3rd party module but Apache seems
to be a good all-round web server (not the fastest but is feature packed) :)

This has to be one of the most requested features within zPanel, I don't understand why it's not on the to do list.

Lol, for the reasons I've mentioned above (We don't have the time to
support a second web server at present) - Nginx is coming in the next major
release though!
