可以离线迁移FE中的插件吗？ #361

我办公的电脑没有网络只能拷贝安装文件。请问FE单独下载的各种插件可以粘贴复制过去吗？目前我粘贴复制的同一个版本的不生效。

mac版本迁移到 win 10 版本。
