[Feature Request] Show uploaded campaigns without internet connections #486

Currently, when you have an uploaded campaign it wont show unless it was downloaded after opening the app.

I would like to see the latest downloaded version with the info, that it was last downloaded/updated on xx.xx.xxxx or something similiar even when no internet connection is available
