We have some ideas oh how to implement
generate_partial_witnessfaster and also provide more helpful debug information, such as when generators are not run, printing out the indices of targets to allow for easier debugging. I changed a few visibilities to allow for implementinggenerate_partial_witnessoutside of the crate.
