refactor: Update Makefile for cross-platform compatibility and OpenSSL linking

  • Defined CC and CFLAGS at the top for consistency.
  • Added simplevanitygen.o to the OBJS list and vanitygen++ target dependencies.
  • Ensured OPENCL_LIBS and LIBS are correctly set for different platforms.
  • Added -lcurl for oclvanityminer to link against libcurl.
  • Ensured clean target removes all object files and executables.
  • Updated comments for required packages on CentOS/Redhat and Ubuntu.

This update ensures the Makefile works across different platforms and links correctly with the required libraries, including OpenSSL and libpcre.
