Lithium 0.5.8 - Fork for HopperOptimizations

This release includes everything from Lithium's dev branch and an extension to the EntityTrackerEngine, which allows listening for entities
entering and leaving arbitrary areas. This can be used to optimize hoppers (get the Hopper Optimizations mod here: https://github.com/2No2Name/hopperOptimizations/releases ) or end gateways, maybe even item frames.

Changes:

• allow entity tracker engine to track all kinds of entities (required for hopper optimizations)
• rebase fork onto latest stable lithium version
