Lithium 0.6 - Fork for HopperOptimizations

This release includes everything from Lithium's stable branch and an extension to the EntityTrackerEngine, which allows listening for entities
entering and leaving arbitrary areas. This can be used to optimize hoppers (get the Hopper Optimizations mod here: https://github.com/2No2Name/hopperOptimizations/releases ) or end gateways, maybe even item frames.
