+# '68 Publishers Development License
+Version 2024-10-01

+The software, which includes this copyright notice and licensing agreement (“Agreement”) and associated documentation files (“Software”), is protected by copyright.
+The copyright holder is '68 Publishers s.r.o., a Czech company with Id. No. 08418667 (“['68 Publishers](http://www.68publishers.io)”), located at Nové sady 988/2, 60200 Brno, Czech Republic.
+
+By this Agreement, '68 Publishers grants to any person obtaining a copy of the Software (“Licensee”) a free of charge, non-exclusive, restricted license (“Development License”) to use the Software for evaluation and testing purposes (“Permitted Purpose”), subject to the following conditions:
+
+(1) The Licensee shall not, and shall not allow any other person to use the Software or any software creation derived from the Software for (i) the processing of actual data or (ii) any other purpose except for the Permitted Purpose, in particular for commercial use. Commercial use is also understood as the use of services for clients of the Licensee or its affiliates without a direct fee being charged for it.

+(2) This Agreement governing the terms of the Development License and including the above copyright notice must be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software, whether in its original or altered form.

+(3) THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

+The Licensee is welcome [to apply](mailto:[email protected]??subject=License) with '68 Publishers for a commercial license allowing the Licensee to use the Software for other than Permitted Use and/or after the termination of the Development License.
+
+By using the Software the Licensee agrees to this Agreement. This Agreement and the terms of the Development License granted under this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This Agreement replaces any community, licensing, or similar non-commercial license agreement entered into between '68 Publishers and the Licensee.
