ACEmulator Server - v1.16.3758

The following changes are included in this release:

Retail emulating Loot generation system:

- Loot generated on corpses should now significantly replicate the qualities and variety closely, if not exactly, like retail worlds

- The previous system has been depreciated and will no longer be supported

Numerous bug fixes and server performance quality improvements

Fixed a serious bug that was severely impacting numerous locations throughout the game world and overall server performance and throughput. Please update to this version at earliest convenience!
