These register with the auto-registration stuff I'm experimenting with
To make it so right clicking on entities with the baseplate tool converted things to baseplates, I needed to add this optional argument as a temporary measure until a better menu system is designed
Todo: some way to get DataKeys into the menu magically?

Still WIP but adds baseplate entities
These should allow, alongside CFW, the ability to restrict things like seat aliases to ACF only contraptions, and improve legality checks once things like guns and the like require to be attached to one (with legality checks on)
