Java2Aeminium

A Java source to source compiler that performs automatic task and loop parallelization
based on data accesses. The output code uses the ÆminiumRuntime to handle task execution.

This is part of the Æminium project (http://aeminium.dei.uc.pt).

How to install and execute:

git clone [email protected]:AEminium/java2aeminium.git && cd java2aeminium
git submodule init # The ÆminiumRuntime is fetched as a submodule
git submodule update
ant compile.compiler # will compile the compiler
ant run # will compile and execute the tests, and perform the previous if required 


Source code organization:

compiler: The main compiler source code that uses the Eclipse JDT to perform AST transformations.
runtime: Git Submodule imported from http://github.com/AEminium/AeminiumRuntime
signatures: The signatures files with more permissive information regarding default Java methods.
tests: Target Java programs to be parallelizable.
