Refactored code for Smashline2

Optimized config.json to reduce download file size

• added knife crouch-attack
• side-smash's second hit no longer launches and instead more consistently combos into the third hit
• up-smash can be angled forward and backward
• added additional throw angles to neutral-special
• up-special can be canceled sooner (41 -> 20) and has a wind box during flight
• side-special now needs to reload after 5 shots
• if c4 is already present, holding shield/grab during down-special will have snake do a fake-out
• side-taunt will pay a random voice line
• added down-taunt walking animations
