Atom Fusion now works, but is not accurate to the original
Mission World and the Weekly Mission can now be played and progressed
Targets now change every week so play them every week to get different rewards
New Units that were added later during development are now here, their stats may be inaccurate and some units may have unintentional behaviour
Units are now actually lost if the player loses them during a mission or while attacking a player
New, cleaner looking website interface and the Expand/Contract button state is remembered

Extras
Example bases are included as neighbours from AcidCaos, Nerri, [Neutral] and Kiriakos 96d, as well as general Scarlet's base which was available as a general in early stages of the game's development
An optional mod is included which is not enabled by default, the mod removes the requirement to hire friends or pay cash to open certain buildings making progress easier
Enabling Mods
In order to enable mods, open the mods/mods.txt file and remove the # from the mod you wish to enable, for example, change # no_hiring_needed to no_hiring_needed
