Some small changes

• Sorting options from directory-config-Menu removed, seems to be redundant in filemanager menu
• Translation files moved to resource system to get more OS independence
• German translation added

Qt 5 Release

This version is working with Qt 5, flam3 3.1.1 and Lua 5.2.2
