-Updated Person class to include properties, predicates, and a convert from file method. -Updated PeoplePredicates class to call the OnPredicate event as well as the predicates from the Person class. -Updated ContactsCenter class to implement the Filter method. -Created PeopleDemo class to run the above changes with events. -Updated Main() to run the PeopleDemo.
