Creating a Discord Application

Now to set up a Discord application to receive Blender rich presence.

  1. Visit https://discordapp.com/developers/applications/

  2. Create an application called Blender.

  3. Click Rich Presence on the side bar and then scroll down.

  4. Download the Blender logo from the "Images" folder in this repository

  5. Go back to the Discord application.

  6. Click Add Image(s) then upload the image you just downloaded.

To get your client ID, go to the "General Information" tab and click the "Copy" button under "Client ID".
