English BattleInfoPlugin v1

This is version 1 of the English translation. There are some things that are left untranslated. If you see "なし" it means none.

I know the engagement modifier is written as formation and I'll try and get rid of the underscores in the near future.

Only works with KCV 4.X so Yuubari's version is great.

Drag and drop into your KCV directory and then restart KCV.
