Radiant Chest

Radiant Chests are an early storage option, crafted directly with 8 planks and a piece of Raw Radiant Quartz, or by shift-right-clicking a piece of Raw Radiant Quartz on a vanilla chest. All items in an existing chest will be transferred to the new Radiant Chest (including items on the other side of a double chest).

Radiant Chests have as many slots as a vanilla double chest, and each slot can store up to four times the item's normal stack limit by default (for example, you can store 256 of an item that has a 64 stack limit in a single slot). If a Radiant Chest contains inventory, it cannot be destroyed or mined up until its inventory is removed.
