EldenRing Save Manager v1.63 portable

WARNING: As of game version 1.08, it may be no longer safe to use some features while playing the game online!
There have been reports of some users receiving "File tampering" warnings. It is unclear which features triggered this warning.
I will continue to look into this and investigate if any additional save-file validation checks have been implemented in game version 1.08.
Fixed bug with saves not appearing in main listbox when trying to create or import saves.
