feat(macro processor): adding $paste to stop node evalution inside macros

Description

Function macros evaluate their argument recursively, which can produce unwanted result when passing a macro-evaluatable node as an argument to a macro:

Here the (@ ...) node is evaluated as a macro and returns an error because there isn't a 6th node inside (list:setAt short_list 5 "a"). $paste aims to fix this problem by pasting a given node and stopping its evaluation.
