I have a very general comment on this: "Complete Applications" is a bit strange.
As if we could have "Uncomplete Applications".
What about "Applications"?

Then there's the "complete_application" subdirectory, that makes little sense to me.
What does this do, really? Then find a name based on what it does.
That could drive people to look at it knowing what they will find.

@FabienLelaquais I agree, the folder complete_applications should be renamed coding_tutorials or something along this way.

For the name and theme of this specific tutorial:
This tutorial aims to organize and create an application that uses the template, frontend, backend and is multi-page. It uses a wide range of Taipy capabilities while being accessible. Maybe a name like: Your First Taipy Project? I am not really good for names.

Well... we are in the Tutorials context, and it's all about coding. So that title does not help, I would say.

This tutorial aims...

Well my question really was: what does this thing do?
Not how it is done.

Well... we are in the Tutorials context, and it's all about coding. So that title does not help, I would say.

This is the temporary name already given in the tutorials. We have:

  • Coding tutorials
  • Videos tutorials
  • Tips and tricks

Well my question really was: what does this thing do? Not how it is done.

It is an application to make predictions on a dataset with data visualization and comparison of scenario metrics.

Excellent! What about "Sales Predictions" ... if it's related to Sales.
Or "Whether Predictions"... or whatever.

For me, this tutorial is not to create a sales predictions dashboard. The application is basic and should work for any dataset and problem.

As a user, I would use it to learn how to create an application with all the features of Taipy. This material is not really present in the documentation without this tutorial and should be advertised as such. People who wants to create an application for optimization on a different subject should also try to follow this tutorial.
