ALZ Pattern documentation updates

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

1. Adds FAQ entry for Location guidance
2. Adds Information to Known Issues regarding multiples deployments with different locations
3. Updated Moving from preview to GA
4. Format update Customize Policy Assignment
5. Update "Moving from preview to GA" links in the deployment guides.
6. Update note regarding the location variable in the deployment guides.
