SAP AMBA update - bulk alerts

Overview/Summary

Corrected signal type from metric alerts to log analytics for SAP. Added link for Managed Alerts (Bulk view and edit).

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

1. Change Metric alerts to Log Analytics
2. Added Managed Alerts link
3. Corrected missing link to FAQ
