An R library of tools developed by the University of Tasmania Environmental Change Biology lab.
This library contains a diverse set of R functions, including;
- Calculating forest fire danger indices by a variety of methods.
- Developing geographic point sampling methods, including multivariate stratification and point grids.
- Plots of seasonal patterns in variables over long time scales.
- Analysis of tree cover from hemispherical/fish-eye photos.
- Sun altitude and day length calculations.
Functions were developed by Dr Grant Williamson ([email protected]).
