Removed stuff from crafting patterns, prevent mining deep caverns, nether, dwarven mines, prevent breaking stems, disable ember rod, avoid placing enchanted items, only break logs in park - Removed crafting patterns code - Removed feature settings for various mining prevention features - Removed leftover code for mining prevention features - Removed references to strings for these removed features
