Case rules no longer work correctly. It is no longer possible to apply a case rule. The option to select which tile to apply the case rule to never comes up.

Ex: Open a nurikabe file (I used "puzzle files/nurikabe/10x10 Nurikabe Normal/8920015") select the case rule icon. Normally, you would be prompted to select which tile to apply the case rule to, but instead nothing happens and an exception is thrown.
