MinesweeperUtilities Improvements

Description

Added some methods to MinesweeperUtilities class to make checking surrounding cells easier. I also added a few unit tests to make sure it worked properly.

How Has This Been Tested?

I added tests to verify that the correct amount of surrounding cells were found from the function getSurroundingCells.
