Summary

The following changes were made:

  • Added the EKS to database connection
  • Add Terraform documentation and formatting scripts
  • Added a docs directory that provides the steps needed to fix the EKS to RDS (postgres) connection

Related Issue

This PR fixes the FATAL: no pga_hba.conf error message

The code included in this PR deployed the resources and configuration needed in order for the database fix explained in the file named rds-ssl-fix.md to work.
