Due to the change of installation the change in building the documentation is needed.
With this PR we also move from Node 16 to Node 20 (see https://github.blog/changelog/2023-09-22-github-actions-transitioning-from-node-16-to-node-20/) by updateing the versions of the used actions (checkout and upload-artifact).
