Breakdown of contributions: Amit - R code for classifier construction and plotting functions. Jon - Construction of user interface and Shiny integration. Both - deliverables (paper, poster, progress update). An unreasonable amount of debugging of both R functions and Shiny code. Total time: ~ 90 hours per person.
