A paragraph was used in the navigation sidebar for accessibility text (collapse/expand) on the -/+ button icons. This was causing the icon to become off-centered in the button. This change switches the accessibility text to the SVG's "title" element, which makes the icons centered in the buttons, correcting the original problem.
