Simply create a jME3 project and include the shader files under assets/MatDefs. You could theoretically use the .frag and .vert shader files for any application, but I haven't tried. I am not associated in any way with the developers of jMonkeyEngine, however, I think it's a fantastic engine: http://jmonkeyengine.org/
