+  While CareTogether CMS is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public
+License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0), Coept LLC retains all rights to the CareTogether
+name and logo trademarks. The following additional permission is granted
+under the AGPLv3's section 7 to address the use of these trademarks:
