Add param -Pverbose to startEmulator verbose

Remove logcat filtering new emulator is not supporting atm

The new emulator versions where posting all logcat output to stdout see Warning from emulator
"emulator: WARNING: Logcat tag filtering is currently disabled. b/132840817, everything will be placed on stdout"

This makes the logs much to verbose so this minor version removes the -logcat option for emulator start
